Rhyme:Melody::Poem is a project inspired by John Giorno’s 'Dial-a-Poem’. By developing an SMS/Voice-Service with Twilio, you [the user] can access a poem anytime, anywhere.

About Rhyme:Melody::Poem

Rhyme:Melody::Poem is an SMS-based and voice-based poetry service that allows you to receive personalized poems directly to your phone. Text simple commands or call our toll-free number to hear a random poem or select poems from specific categories.

How It Works:

For SMS

1. Subscribe: Opt-in to our service by texting "POEM" to +1 (833) 715-1492. Express consent is required for participation.

2. Interact: Once subscribed, you can:

   • Text "RANDOM" to receive a random poem.

   • Text "CATEGORY " (e.g., "CATEGORY Love") to receive a poem from a specific category.

   • Text “HELP” to receive prompts that lead to our privacy policy and other commands.

3. Unsubscribe Anytime: Text "STOP" to unsubscribe.

For Voice:

1. Call: Dial (833) 715-1492.

2. Follow the Prompts:

   • Hear a random poem.

   • Select a category to hear poems from a specific genre (e.g., love, nature, humor).
